Step 2: Home on the Market

  • Utilize Showing Time, to allow realtors to schedule appointments.

  • Utilize Matrix Portal to determine visitation to websites and views of your listing. 

  • Capture buyer leads through activity tracking on website and various portals. 

  • Utilize Facebook and other social media sites for maximum advertisement exposure. 

  • Notify you of all showing requests via text, email, and/or phone. 

  • Notify you immediately upon receiving feedback from showing agents. 

  • Follow up with all showing agents to determine the level of interest the buyer may have and to provide any additional information that may need to make a decision.

  • Feature your listing in various functions and events sponsored by Bass Properties. 

Step 3: Home Under Contract 

  • Negotiate on your behalf to get you the highest return on your home at time of contract. 

  • Handle all inspection, appraisal, and other contract to close requirements. 

  • Negotiate repair requests stemming from an inspection. 

  • Provide Closing Coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction. 

  • Ensure all paperwork is handled properly and that all applicable forms are signed.
